I had the pleasure of participating in a panel discussion with Mr. Masafumi Morita of Yo-Ho Brewing Co., Ltd. and Mr. Riki Ono of Ethical Spirits Co., Ltd.
I had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion at the Manufacturing Japan Summit 2024, hosted by Marcus Evans.
Amidst the shrinking domestic alcohol market, I spoke with Mr. Masafumi Morita of Yo-Ho Brewing Co., Ltd. and Mr. Riki Ono of Ethical Spirits Co., Ltd. about how to attract new fans.
With all due respect, I had the opportunity to introduce the initiatives and significance of sake x tourism, while also discussing the future-oriented efforts of GI Tone-Numata, where I serve as the secretariat.
At dinner, each company was given the opportunity to introduce two types of sake, and we introduced Sadaijin from Ohtone Shuzo and Mizubasho, a GI-certified sake from Nagai Shuzo.
The exchange of ideas and advice with experienced manufacturing professionals was incredibly valuable. Thank you for giving me this precious opportunity.
